Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,334 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell homeostasis, Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential, and Protein targeting to ER. Each is linked with LTBR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBR-to-partner and partner-to-LTBR results are reported.
