LTBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,758 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MATN2, FBLN5, and PRELP. Each is linked with LTBP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP4-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBP4 versus MATN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
