Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,925 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, GSTM5, and PGM5. Each is linked with LTBP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP4-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBP4 versus MYH11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
