Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN4B, SPATA5L1, and MRTO4. Each is linked with LTBP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP4-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN4B grouped by LTBP4-low versus LTBP4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
