LTBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,207 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, MMP2, and VCAN. Each is linked with LTBP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBP3 versus PCOLCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
