LTBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC57, C22orf46, and RPS27L. Each is linked with LTBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC57 grouped by LTBP3-low versus LTBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
