Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,001 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Positive regulation of mesenchymal stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with LTBP3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP3 results are reported.
