LTBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 585 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, PFN3, and SCN2A. Each is linked with LTBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP7 grouped by LTBP3-low versus LTBP3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
