Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, MCM5, and PHF5A. Each is linked with LTBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by LTBP2-low versus LTBP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
