Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,379 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell junction assembly, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with LTBP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP2 results are reported.
