Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, CNIH1, and ACBD5. Each is linked with LTBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 grouped by LTBP2-low versus LTBP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
