Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LTB4R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LTB4R data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LTB4R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LTB4R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, ACC, and CHOL are the cancer types where LTB4R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
