LTB4R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTB4R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTB4R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROK2, HCAR3, and CSF3. Each is linked with LTB4R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTB4R-to-partner and partner-to-LTB4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTB4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTB4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
