Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LTB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LTB data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher LTB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LTB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and BLCA are the cancer types where LTB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
