LTB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,712 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, CD4, and CORO1A. Each is linked with LTB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTB-to-partner and partner-to-LTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
