Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRA1-AS1, MRPL32P1, and CTBP2P2. Each is linked with LTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTB-to-partner and partner-to-LTB results are reported.
