Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM43B, SMIM43, and C8orf34. Each is linked with LTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTB-to-partner and partner-to-LTB results are reported.
