LTA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, CD48, and CORO1A. Each is linked with LTA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTA-to-partner and partner-to-LTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
