Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LST1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LST1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LST1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LST1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LST1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
