LST1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEBP1P3, MS4A14, and NABP1. Each is linked with LST1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LST1-to-partner and partner-to-LST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
