LST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM17P2, TBL1Y, and MIR5003. Each is linked with LST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LST1-to-partner and partner-to-LST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
