Across TCGA cell cohorts, LST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,607 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Glutamate receptor clustering. Each is linked with LST1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LST1-to-partner and partner-to-LST1 results are reported.
