Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSP1P4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LSP1P4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LSP1P4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSP1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where LSP1P4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
