LSMEM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSMEM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSMEM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-380P, LINC02329, and RNU6-364P. Each is linked with LSMEM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSMEM2-to-partner and partner-to-LSMEM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-380P grouped by LSMEM2-low versus LSMEM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSMEM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSMEM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
