Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSMEM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,513 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSMEM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Histone mRNA catabolic process, Telomere maintenance, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with LSMEM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSMEM2-to-partner and partner-to-LSMEM2 results are reported.
