LSM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,076 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S41, DNMT1, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with LSM7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM7-to-partner and partner-to-LSM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM7 versus MCM2_S41 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
