LSM7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, RBMS1P1, and POLR2KP1. Each is linked with LSM7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM7-to-partner and partner-to-LSM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM7 versus CXCR1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
