Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM6P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,503 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM6P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with LSM6P2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM6P2-to-partner and partner-to-LSM6P2 results are reported.
