Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU7-67P, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with LSM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM5-to-partner and partner-to-LSM5 results are reported.
