Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, CD4+ Tem, and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with LSM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM5-to-partner and partner-to-LSM5 results are reported.
