LSM3P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM3P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM3P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4B, CFL1, and SINHCAF. Each is linked with LSM3P4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM3P4-to-partner and partner-to-LSM3P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM3P4 versus INPP4B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM3P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM3P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
