LSM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, RRM2, and FEN1. Each is linked with LSM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM3-to-partner and partner-to-LSM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 versus RPL12_S38 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
