Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,672 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, CXCR1, and CXCR2. Each is linked with LSM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM3-to-partner and partner-to-LSM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 versus TREM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
