LSM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATZ1, ZNF496, and ZSCAN26. Each is linked with LSM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM2-to-partner and partner-to-LSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
