LSM14B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,254 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM14B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, PRPF6, and RTF2. Each is linked with LSM14B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14B-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM14B versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
