Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,025 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM14B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-25, MIR151A, and MIR4739. Each is linked with LSM14B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14B-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-25 grouped by LSM14B-low versus LSM14B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
