Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSM14B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM14B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maternal-to-zygotic transition of gene expression, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with LSM14B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14B-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maternal-to-zygotic transition of gene expression grouped by LSM14B-low versus LSM14B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
