LSM14A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,060 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL15, DPY19L3, and ZNF669. Each is linked with LSM14A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14A-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM14A versus KLHL15 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
