LSM14A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM14A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, SUPT5H, and UBA2. Each is linked with LSM14A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14A-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM14A versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
