LSM14A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, GGA1, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with LSM14A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14A-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by LSM14A-low versus LSM14A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
