Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSM11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LSM11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LSM11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSM11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where LSM11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
