Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 782 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, PSMC1, and SEC23A. Each is linked with LSM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM11-to-partner and partner-to-LSM11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM11 versus GNPNAT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
