LSM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4G, and ERK2. Each is linked with LSM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM11-to-partner and partner-to-LSM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by LSM11-low versus LSM11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
