Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,878 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Heterochromatin formation, and Establishment of mitotic spindle localization. Each is linked with LSM11 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM11-to-partner and partner-to-LSM11 results are reported.
