LSM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFHX4, TP53, and MUC16. Each is linked with LSM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM1-to-partner and partner-to-LSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFHX4 grouped by LSM1-low versus LSM1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
