Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,527 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH2L, PLPBP, and BAG4. Each is linked with LSM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM1-to-partner and partner-to-LSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM1 versus ASH2L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
