LSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERBP1P2, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP418. Each is linked with LSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM1-to-partner and partner-to-LSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERBP1P2 grouped by LSM1-low versus LSM1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
