The most reproducible LSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01760, MIR7845, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with LSG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSG1-to-partner and partner-to-LSG1 results are reported.
