LSG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, PRAS40_pT246, and BRD4. Each is linked with LSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSG1-to-partner and partner-to-LSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1173 grouped by LSG1-low versus LSG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
