Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,694 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCF3, WDR53, and TBCCD1. Each is linked with LSG1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSG1-to-partner and partner-to-LSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSG1 versus ABCF3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
